Tricia brings three decades of cross-sector leadership spanning healthcare, education, technology, and mission-driven organizations. Her work blends strategy, equity, and human-centered design to help teams turn complex goals into achievable, measurable change.

A certified Diversity and Governance professional, Tricia partners with organizations to strengthen culture, clarity, and accountability — meeting each team where they are and building the confidence to lead their own transformation. Her approach is grounded in servant leadership: listening first, co-creating next, and ensuring that systems change benefits people at every level.

As a U.S. Department of State Professional Fellow, she collaborated with ministries and NGOs in Egypt to advance disability rights and women’s empowerment — experiences that continue to shape her belief in equitable leadership worldwide.
