About Us

Tricia has worked in multiple industries and brings a unique perspective in understanding the implications of strategic decision-making on a larger scale in both for-profit and non-profit companies. With years of executive servant leadership experience in healthcare and marketing related non-profits, and management and servant leadership positions in the education, tech and apparel industries. This vast array of lived experiences gives her the ability to understand how a culture of fairness and respect influences communication and interactions to improve outcomes in business. 

Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in Organizational Management and Leadership, with a focus on the human experience in the workspace. 

Tricia is a 2017-2018 Professional Fellow of the US Department of State, traveling to Cairo, Egypt to meet with government ministries, the US Embassy, the UN, and emerging organizations to collaborate and establish best practices concerning disability rights and women’s empowerment throughout Upper and Lower Egypt.
