What is Cohort Learning?
Cohort learning is an online, fully interactive approach to learning. We keep our class size small (less than 10) so that personalized attention can be given to each participant. Each class meets regularly so you are able to put to work each learning module, with office hours scheduled between classes. Each course includes:
- Theory and subject background
- Assignments specific to your organization
- Weekly open office hours to meet with peers and coach
- Additional templates, resources and videos to increase learning
- Step by step tools to incorporate immediately
- An online community of peers that collectively share knowledge, support, and collaboration.
You will walk away with a greater understanding of the subject matter as well as an actionable plan to immediately incorporate into your business, all while expanding your network of talented peers!
Space is limited and an application process ensures peers are at a similar place in their progress toward creating a sustainable multicultural organization.

Developing a Sustainable and Actionable DEI Initiative: Part 1
Twelve Week Course: This course answers the question, "WE know it's important, now what do WE do?" This course is offered twice a year. Space is limited; click here for more information.
Developing a Sustainable and Actionable DEI Initiative: Part 2
Three Week Course: This course is a follow up for organizations who have already taken Part 1 at least six months prior and are currently implementing their initiative. This course is offered twice a year. Space is limited; click here for more information.
Developing a DEI focused Executive Director Search
Six Month Course: We'll walk you through creating your executive search team, developing job descriptions, announcements, advertising, creating rubrics, the interview and the selection process. We'll also cover best practices around onboarding. This class is designed for non profit organizations ready to start the Executive Search process within six months. Very limited space available.
