Cohort learning is an online, fully interactive approach to learning. We keep our class size small (less than 10) so that personalized attention can be given to each participant. Each class meets regularly so you are able to put to work each learning module, with office hours scheduled between classes. Each course includes:

Six Week Course: A data driven approach to creating a business case for Executive Directors and Board members to understand and embrace the benefits of embarking on a DEI initiative. Space is limited; click here for more information.
Twelve Week Course: This course answers the question, "WE know it's important, now what do WE do?" This course is offered twice a year. Space is limited; click here for more information.
Three Week Course: This course is a follow up for organizations who have already taken Part 1 at least six months prior and are currently implementing their initiative. This course is offered twice a year. Space is limited; click here for more information.
Six Month Course: We'll walk you through creating your executive search team, developing job descriptions, announcements, advertising, creating rubrics, the interview and the selection process. We'll also cover best practices around onboarding. This class is designed for non profit organizations ready to start the Executive Search process within six months. Very limited space available.
